Location: Boonton, NJ - Remote to Start - 3-4 days in office after 6 months

Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s marketing strategy across all online channels. This role requires a combination of creativity, organization, and technical know-how. The ideal candidate is confident managing outside vendors, experienced in SEO and paid advertising, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage relationships with third-party marketing vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO).
- Manage and optimize digital advertising budgets and ad spend to ensure strong ROI and cost efficiency.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversion.
- Coordinate website updates, content optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and manage marketing calendars, budgets, and performance goals.
- Generate and moderate creative content (photos, videos, case studies, and blog posts) for online and print use.
- Support e-commerce initiatives and optimize online product listings for visibility and conversion.
Qualifications
- 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B, manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience managing external marketing teams or agencies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Demonstrated experience managing ad spend and performance tracking across multiple platforms.
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress/WooCommerce, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Creative mindset and the ability to translate technical products into clear, engaging marketing materials.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in web optimization, PPC management, or e-commerce development.
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Basic understanding of HTML or website structure for SEO implementation.
