Qualifications:

High School Diploma

Candidates must like to work with school age students, have strong people skills, well organized; detail oriented, and possess the ability to multitask in a fast paced educational environment. Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of the Google platform, are required.

Additional Information:

This position is responsible for organizing, administering, and securing the AP, PSAT, SAT, ASVAB at the high school, ensuring compliance with all College Board and testing entity’s policies and procedures.

Essential Functions

• Working directly with school counselors, administrative assistants, and the building administration.
• Exam Ordering & Registration: Manages the testing Registration and Ordering system to register students, create class sections, and submit accurate exam orders by deadlines.
• Security & Logistics: Secures, receives, inventories, and distributes exam materials; maintains strict compliance with College Board security requirements for exam storage and returns.
• Testing Administration: Organizes the exam periods for each test by scheduling rooms, securing and training proctors, and handling exam-day logistics.
• Student Accommodations (SSD): Coordinates with the Services for Students with Disabilities (SSD) coordinator to ensure approved accommodations are implemented.
• Communication & Financials: Communicates deadlines and procedures to students, parents/guardians, and staff; collects fees, processes payments, and manages fee reductions/waivers.
• Communication with stakeholders including students, teachers, parents/guardians, and staff.
• Communication with the testing entities (College Board, etc)
• Organizes materials for proctors for the day the test(s) are administered. Will be present for the duration of the testing
