Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Lot Operations Specialist to join our team at a highline luxury automotive dealership. This position plays an important role in maintaining an exceptional dealership experience by ensuring our vehicles are properly positioned, presented, moved, and cared for throughout the property.

Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently move vehicles throughout the dealership lot.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing vehicle inventory.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections to identify visible damage, cleanliness issues, warning lights, or other concerns.
- Ensure vehicles are locked, secured, and properly positioned when not in use.
- Assist with vehicle fueling and charging, including maintaining electric vehicles at appropriate charge levels.
- Keep dealership grounds, parking areas, and vehicle display areas clean and orderly.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Detail, and Management teams to efficiently move vehicles throughout the dealership.
- Assist with vehicle inventory organization and periodic inventory audits.
- Maintain awareness of key locations and vehicle status within the dealership and outside vendors.
- Follow all dealership safety procedures and vehicle-handling policies.
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers when moving or retrieving their vehicles.
- Perform other lot and dealership operations duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record.
- Previous automotive, dealership, valet, detailing, or lot operations experience preferred.
- Ability to safely operate a variety of luxury vehicles, including SUVs, sedans, sports cars, and electric vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in vehicle presentation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely drive and maneuver vehicles in tight spaces and busy dealership environments.
