This role will support the Health Services staff. The ideal candidate will be able to provide effective support to the Health Services in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.Supervisory Responsibilities: None.Duties/Responsibilities:
Greet students, answer routine questions, and schedule appointments in medical records system
Answer and triage phone calls and other front desk operations at the Student Health Services
Develop and maintain office procedures to ensure smooth functioning of Health Services
Sort and distribute mail in Student Health Services
Communicate with Office Manager for Student Health and Counseling
Understand, appreciate and respect the collaborative nature of the Student Health and Counseling department
Administrative operation of the electronic medical record system in Student Health Services
Manage requests to release and obtain records in Student Health Services
Participate in staff meetings
Maintain appropriate boundaries with students
Present with a warm, pleasant and welcoming demeanor
Work as a team player, to collaborate, to share ideas, and to respect the ideas and views of others
Perform other related duties as assigned.

This is a permanent 38-week position starting in mid-August and running through mid-May (summers off).
The successful candidate will work 8:45am - 4:45pm, Mondays - Thursdays.
