The ideal candidate will have experience working with advanced optimization tools like CPLEX. This role requires a passion for data modeling, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with large datasets to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement shipping planning and consolidation strategies to optimize logistics operations.
- Utilize optimization tools such as CPLEX and internal software for analysis and solution development.
- Conduct in-depth consolidation studies to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Work with large sets of data to model and analyze shipping scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and modeling.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in shipping planning and supply chain optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong background in data analytics, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Experience with optimization tools like CPLEX.
- Proficiency in working with large datasets and conducting complex analyses.
- Prior experience in shipping planning is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Must be based in Atlanta, GA.
