Manhattan Vision Associates is seeking a highly motivated Patient Coordinator who can take over administrative duties involved with curating patient and doctor schedules, file management and office organization. We are a dynamic and growing optometrist owned practice committed to delivering quality eye care to our diverse patient population. Our practice specializes in Myopia Control, Specialty Contact Lenses and Dry Eye treatment.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, potential customers and visitors to the office.
- Effectively greet in/outgoing patients immediately upon entrance/exit.
- Ensure patients/customers feel welcomed and comfortable during their visits by efficiently handling procedures from the initial telephone contact to the departure from the office maintain & maximize appointment schedule by effectively coordinating or rescheduling appointments.
- Ensure a smooth patient flow within all departments from start to finish of the appointment in addition to communicating delays, walk ins, or patient conflicts to appropriate department.
- Always maintain a clean and professional area at the front desk.
- Obtain and verify insurance eligibility for all applicable patients.
- Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Front Desk Supervisor.

Salary : $39,000 - $45,000
