Job Duties/Responsibilities
The Project Manager (PM), NIBIN National Correlation and Training Center (NNCTC) serves as the on-site Supervisor for all Contractor personnel working under contract at the NNCTC and is responsible for oversight of daily operations of the contractor personnel at this location.
The PM will work with the ATF to provide competent leadership and responsible project direction through successful performance of a variety of detailed, diverse elements of project management tasks. The PM will direct completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints, while interfacing with client counterparts when appropriate.

Duties of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the assigned Contractor employees.
- Establish employee schedules and coordinating priorities.
- Assist in providing replacement personnel.
- Provide oversight and management of all assigned Contractor staff to ensure their duties are accomplished in work overload situations.
- Conduct meetings as needed with the Contract PM, the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and other Government personnel to discuss project activities, schedules, workloads, potential problems and their resolution.
- Assist all other assigned Contractor staff to accomplish their duties in work overload situations.
- Ensure that Contractor staff have the tools necessary to accomplish their duties independently.
- Ensure sufficient Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plans are in place to successfully complete their services/requirements under this contract.
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university/college. Work experience may be substituted for the educational requirements with prior approval from ATF.
- Minimum/General Experience: Prefer more than eight years’ recent experience commensurate with the job requirements.
