Key Responsibilities:
- Plans and provide analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development and evaluation, business management techniques, and organizational development.
- Providing recommendations, contributing and preparing briefings for business, management, technology, operational initiatives, policy formulation, professional or strategic goals.
- Provide front office support (reception, scheduling, and correspondence), assist with PSO program coordination and documentation, and deliver general operational support to ensure efficient daily workflows.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or technical training with at least 2 years of experience required; associate degree and 2-3 years of experience preferred.
- Prior experience working with the Federal government strongly desired; familiarity with DHS, DOJ, or similar agencies is a plus.
