ADOS Clinical Facilitator/Supervisor
Compensation: $75 per hour
Classification: W-2 Employee, Part-Time, Hybrid
Hours: Variable; Average of 1-3 hours per week
Location: MPG Office & Remote (WFH)
Pay Frequency: Biweekly
Supervisor: Senior Director of Mental Health and Testing Services
Evaluator Summary
The ADOS Evaluator/Supervisor will support MPG’s testing team’s clinicians and/or clinical trainees in the administration, scoring and interpretation of the ADOS. This person will provide support and feedback for clinicians working towards ADOS competency by co-facilitating and/or co-scoring evaluations.

Evaluator Responsibilities
- Support testing clinicians and trainees in administering the ADOS
- Co-score evaluations to establish interrater reliability required for ADOS competency
- Provide consultation and support for ADOS interpretation and integration of findings into reports, including write-up of ADOS results
- Provide structured feedback and review of administrations and scoring to support skill development
- Document each clinician’s progress toward ADOS competency, including reliability and proficiency benchmarks
- Provide timely availability blocks to support scheduling of observations, co-administrations, and supervision
- Ensure appropriate oversight so that clinical competency and proficiency are demonstrated and maintained by team members working toward ADOS competency
- Compensation: $75 per hour
- Case consultation with colleagues
- Full administrative support from leadership, supervisors, peers, and administrators with referrals, scheduling, billing, and other related tasks
- Testing materials provided and/or purchased as needed
- Hybrid in-office/remote position based on practice needs. Co-facilitation must be conducted in person. Flexibility for scoring may be in person or remote. Consultation, feedback, and other indirect work can be completed remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Completed ADOS trainings and possesses qualifications needed to independently administer the ADOS
- Masters or doctoral level degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis or a related field
- Must have malpractice insurance and NPI number
- Experience evaluating students with all levels of autism, using the ADOS
- Ability to commute to MPG’s Upper West Side office as needed for evaluations
