• To clean andmaintaintheappearanceof school buses to ensure they are
  
  

safe, presentable, and ready fordailyoperation. This role involves

washing the exterior, cleaning the interior, and reporting any visible

damage or maintenance issues.**

• Wash/detail school buses, activity bus, district vehicles,and vans
• Maintain building and lot appearance byemptying all trash cans and
  
  

pick up loose trash on the property.

• Maintain the outward appearance of school buses by waxing them in
  
  

summer or as needed.

• Follow work assignments from Shop Foreman and Transportation
  
  

Director and perform any special duties necessary for efficient

operation of the transportation facility.

• Perform light vehicle maintenance.
• Repair torn/ripped seats as needed.
• Install car seats on buses as needed.
• Fuel buses and vans as needed.
• Handle cleaning chemicals, fuel, gasoline, lubricants and oils on a
  
  

daily basis.

• Substitute as a Bus Monitor as needed.
• Performs such other duties as may be assigned.
