Manhattan Motorcars is currently seeking an experienced F&I Manager responsible for assisting customers with securing approvals and completing documentation while maintaining compliance and a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize overall profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Implement a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department’s overall profitability and product penetration
Process all paperwork efficiently and completely
Secure all bank approvals and funding
Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines
Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals
Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service
Work closely with sales team regarding proper and successful selling methods
Qualifications
Prior luxury automotive F&I experience required
Detail oriented and compliance focused
Team player with accountability
Effective menu-selling skills
Benefits
$150,000-$250,000 total compensation, including base salary plus commission, commensurate with experience.
