Responsibilities
Process and post accounts payable invoices
Manage accounts receivable and customer payments
Prepare account statements and assist with reconciliations
Support check runs (vehicle purchases, payoffs, refunds)
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist Controller and accounting team with daily operations
Requirements
1 year of experience in bookkeeping, AP, AR, or accounting support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Basic accounting knowledge
Automotive Or Dealership Experience Preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-Time
Monday-Friday schedule
In-office position (New Rochelle, NY)
