HOUSEKEEPER

JOB SUMMARY:

At HCW Hospitality, cleanliness is part of the guest experience. As a Housekeeper, you’ll help create rooms that feel fresh, cared for, and ready to welcome each guest. Your attention to detail, pride in your work, and commitment to service will help us create incredible experiences for every guest, every time.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Complete daily tasks efficiently, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
• Maintain your housekeeping cart with the necessary supplies, ensuring it is clean and organized.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards in guest rooms or public areas.
• Assist with deep cleaning tasks as needed, including furniture moving, carpet cleaning, and more.
• Provide a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests, addressing any requests promptly.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time-management skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to assist guests and team members alike.
• The physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
