Students ages 5 - 21 years and their families are supported through a transdisciplinary model. Job Compensation
$27-$32 Per Hr based on education, experience, and certifications
Your Impact Here at MCC
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and events set up.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and devices.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new computers and devices for staff.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assist in procurement of new technology as needed.
Monitor and maintain computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Provide training and assistance to users on software applications and best practices.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Respond to IT support requests via email, phone, or ticketing system, and resolve issues
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the needs of the team and organization.
Requirements
Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Experience in a technical support role is a plus.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS operating systems is a plus.
Familiarity with network administration and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to address urgent technical issues.
