Overview
The Content Creator will lead our social media efforts and drive revenue growth across our digital channels. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain customers through digital platforms.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Creative, and Analytics to create impactful campaigns that align with business goals and elevate the customer experience.
DUTIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies and content to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth on our e-commerce platforms.
- Be up to date on current advertising trends
- Develop launch strategies, and marketing content tailored to the online audience.
- Drive initiatives to ensure the successful rollout of new products and campaigns on the website.
- Optimize performance marketing tactics (SEM, display, paid social, retargeting, affiliate, etc.) based on KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets that enhance user engagement.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging e-commerce technologies.
- Ensure a seamless connection between the DTC website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Manage partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and developers as needed.
- Cultivate a culture of ownership, proactiveness, and result-driven performance.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Expertise in, UX/UI, and digital marketing best practices.
- Knowledge of apparel industry, specifically swimwear preferred
- Strong understanding of performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital innovation and testing new ideas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
