Join Manhattan Associates as a Staff Accountant and play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting that supports our growing global business. In this role, you’ll own core accounting activities, collaborate cross-functionally, and help drive process improvements that strengthen our finance operations.
Responsibilities:
Support various month-end close analyses, including revenue, commissions, and other accrued expenses
Perform initial sales contract set-up review
Prepare cloud invoicing analyses and related invoices
Respond to billing questions and billing-related requests by Sales and other departments of the Company
Prepare sales commission calculations and maintain sales commissions credit awards
Assist in testing changes to financial applications
Research Accounts Payables requests from various departments
Perform initial review of Purchase Orders
Requirements:
BS/BA in Accounting
Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience
Operational accounting experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Highly organized; ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
Strong work ethic
