Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of dining room operations, including guest seating, service flow, and cleanliness standards
- Lead staff training and development to ensure high-quality food service, customer interaction, and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and provide constructive feedback to optimize team productivity
- Oversee food preparation processes in collaboration with kitchen staff to maintain quality standards and efficient food production
- Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Control inventory levels for dining supplies, utensils, and beverages to minimize waste and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards across all dining areas
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management with strong supervisory skills in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Extensive knowledge of food handling, preparation, and culinary techniques suitable for casual or fine dining settings
- Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Strong leadership capabilities in staff training, team management, and conflict resolution
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food safety protocols within the food industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced hospitality setting
