What You'll Do as a Footings and Foundation General LaborerWe need an entry level Footings and Foundation General Laborer to support footings and foundation crews on active concrete jobs. Your work helps the crew stay on schedule and keeps the site ready for each phase of home building and construction.
Footings and Foundation General Laborer Responsibilities:
- Help set up and strip forms for footings and foundations
- Move materials, tools, and jobsite supplies as directed
- Assist with rebar handling and general site prep
Required skills:
- Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Reliable, on time, and ready for physical work
- Willing to learn and take direction

You start early in the Salt Lake City and surrounding area straight to the jobsite. Most of the day is hands-on and moving-staying on task as the crew pushes toward a concrete pour. You'll spend time packing forms, tying and packing rebar, and helping build out wall sections before placement. The pace is steady, and some weeks include overtime, especially with Saturday mornings.
