What are the responsibilities and job description for the Processing Technician (Concrete Manufacturing) position at Mangrove 3D?
About Mangrove
Mangrove is a West Michigan startup redefining how concrete products are made. We use Selective Paste Intrusion (SPI) to 3D-print premium architectural, landscape, and design-forward concrete elements with precision, repeatability, and creative freedom.
We are building a new manufacturing operation with a small, hands-on team. That means real ownership, fast learning, and the opportunity to improve the process as we scale. If you take pride in quality work and like solving practical problems with equipment, materials, and process, this role is for you.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who is mechanically inclined, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with equipment, materials, and physical processes. The right candidate takes ownership of their work, solves problems proactively, and contributes to a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing environment.

- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment, escalating larger issues when needed
- Use forklifts, cranes, and other material-handling equipment safely or complete training to do so
- Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and downtime reporting
- Support production goals related to output, quality, and schedule
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Participate in process improvement efforts and help refine how work gets done as Mangrove grows
