Requirements
We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Sales director to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for:
- Support our sales advisors and team in capturing and following up on leads
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering accurate information
- Develop long-lasting relationships with potential and existing customers
- Learn about the immigration process and the services we offer
- You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in supervising sales, customer service, sale of services, sales by chat or call center sales
- You are a proactive, organized person with excellent communication skills
- Are you kind and empathetic?
- You have a knack for interpersonal relationships and are passionate about helping others
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
- You have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
