Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Superintendent role based in San Antonio, TX. The Superintendent will oversee roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising site crews, coordinating with contractors, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining communication with clients to address their concerns and expectations. The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills to ensure project success from start to finish.
