What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager Field Assistant position at Mangold Property Management?
This entry level position works directly under several Property Managers. The general responsibilities include: posting notices, checking vacant units, interior and exterior inspections, coordinating maintenance work, ensuring jobs done by vendors are completed properly, corresponding with tenants, taking photos for marketing and/or insurance purposes, and special projects assigned by managers.
Work hours are generally 9 am to 5 pm with a 30 minute lunch, Monday through Friday. On occasion or on an emergency basis, this position may require work outside of the normal operating hours. Most of the day, this person will be out in the field working; limiting office/desk hours. Person must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision while staying motivated.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation, insurance, and clean driving record; job requires significant driving
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs. regularly, walk and visually inspect properties
