Job Details:
We're looking for a Stockroom Manager to join one of our New York City locations! In this role, you'll lead all stockroom operations, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain efficient back-of-house processes, and support the store team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This will be a high-volume location, and we’re looking for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing stockroom operations, inventory control, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stockroom operations, ensuring efficient receiving, organizing, and replenishment of inventory
- Confirm merchandise deliveries, manage incidents, and coordinate with VM for timely product floor updates
- Conduct weekly and monthly inventories, maintaining accuracy targets of 98% or higher
- Ensure continuous replenishment of bestsellers, size curves, and key references
- Manage end-of-season returns, store-to-store transfers, online and defective product returns
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness and storage conditions to preserve product quality
- Oversee RFID processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure labeling accuracy
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of stock associates with clear goals and performance standards
- Partner with the Store Manager to anticipate stockroom capacity issues and act proactively
- Support smooth transitions between seasons by organizing retagging and promo prep
We’re looking for:
An experienced stockroom or operations leader in fashion retail with the ability to manage high volumes of merchandise while maintaining control, efficiency, and accuracy. You should be solutions-oriented, tech-savvy, organized, and have strong team leadership skills. Experience with RFID systems is a plus.
