What You'll Do:
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings about our AI solutions
- AI Agent Training Support: Work alongside our development team to onboard and improve existing AI models and agents
- Product Testing & Feedback: Test AI integrations and provide valuable insights to enhance customer experience
- Customer Onboarding: Help customers successfully implement and optimize our AI voice solutions
- Bridge Communication: Translate customer needs to our technical team and explain AI capabilities in simple terms
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with customers through exceptional service and AI expertise
- Continuous Learning: Stay current on AI developments and Mango Voice product updates
