we’re looking for a part-time designer (that could move to full-time salary) to join our team in-studio and do a little bit of everything. this is not corporate. this is small business, in the trenches, moving from one thing to the next. you’ll work with paper, ink, and couples every day. you’ll design custom invitations, prep files for print, design marketing materials, and who knows what else.
you’ll collaborate closely with heidi and ryan, see your work come to life on luxurious materials and if you’re not designing letterpress stationery, you might be designing a new aviation print.
this is a great fit for someone who’s equal parts creative and precise. someone who loves the craft and the process as much as the final piece. someone who still loves design and a job that lets them live it.
responsibilities
- design custom wedding invitations, save the dates, day-of stationery, and more
- prep files for both digital and letterpress printing
- work directly with clients via email and meetings to guide and refine their vision
- collaborate with our small team on creative problem-solving and production

what we have to have
- 2 years experience (or a really killer portfolio if under 2 years)
- a portfolio
- strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, balance, and color
- proficiency in the adobe suite
- attention to detail and an eye for refinement
- confidence working with clients in a kind, clear, and professional way
- a love of design and storytelling
bonus points for
- marketing experience
- a love of weddings and paper
- any kind of love of aviation and/or travel
- photography or styling experience
