Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Bridgewater, NJ. The Home Health Aide will assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Additional responsibilities include providing personal care, monitoring patient health, supporting mobility needs, and offering companionship. The Home Health Aide will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and comfort.
Qualifications
CHHA License is a must.
- Experience in providing Home Care and Patient Care to individuals in need
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Proficiency in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADEs), such as toileting, grooming, and meal preparation
- Skill in Personal Care, including bathing and hygiene management
- Compassion, patience, and a dedication to improving the well-being of others
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience as a Home Health Aide or related role is a plus
- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in the state of New Jersey is required
