Role Description
This on-site leadership position requires a proactive and strategic manager who can lead by example, develop high-performing teams, and drive consistent sales performance. You will be responsible for fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and growth while ensuring the store operates efficiently, compliantly, and successfully.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 40 employees to achieve individual and collective performance goals
- Set and uphold high standards for customer experience, store presentation, and operational consistency
- Analyze sales trends and KPIs to identify opportunities, set targets, and execute action plans
- Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and leadership development
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company regulations, including BioTrack and CCD guidelines
- Oversee inventory integrity, product tracking, and daily cash handling procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with company leadership to align store performance with organizational goals
- Conduct regular team check-ins, reviews, and performance evaluations
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent through thoughtful hiring and structured training
- Act as the face of the brand in-store, embodying the company’s mission and values
