Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 8 years of experience supporting, developing, and upgrading PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) applications.
- Strong functional knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Management (AM)
- Project Costing (PC)
- Experience supporting Supply Chain modules, including Purchasing, eProcurement, Purchase Orders, and Billing.
- Experience managing financial batch processing, month-end and year-end close activities, and enterprise interfaces with banking, HR, and supply chain systems.
- Experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and documenting business processes.
- Strong PeopleTools development experience, including:
- PeopleCode
- Application Engine
- Component Interface
- Approval Workflow Engine (AWE)
- Experience developing reports using PeopleSoft Query, SQR, BI Publisher, and nVision.
- Experience developing and supporting web services and API integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) and PeopleTools upgrade projects.
- Experience implementing automated testing frameworks and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, or intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience developing AI-powered reporting, workflow automation, or enterprise productivity solutions.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
