Must: Bachelor's in accounting, Experience with SAP ERP, 4 years of experience with fixed asset management.

CPA would be Needed must have.

Interview - 2 rounds, first round virtual MS Teams, 2nd second in person.

M-F, 100% Onsite role in Plano, TX

Only Finance Experience Would Not Be Preferred

Fixed Asset Accounting

Asset lifecycle: acquisition capitalization depreciation transfers disposals

GAAP compliance

Asset valuations and monthly/quarterly reconciliations

SAP ERP Experience

Asset master data management

SAP settlements & reporting

Financial close support (journal entries, variance analysis)

Key Responsibilities to Highlight

Maintaining accurate fixed asset registers

Conducting asset audits and confirmations (quarterly/annual)

Preparing management reports and variance commentary

Coordinating with finance, procurement, IT, and operations

Process improvements in asset tracking and reporting

BS/BA in Accounting

4 5 years of fixed asset accounting experience

CPA is needed

Equities, bonds, or investment asset management; not relevant

Pure finance roles without hands-on fixed asset management

Target candidates with SAP FAM experience

Emphasize operational asset accounting rather than financial investments

Look for experience managing large volumes of physical assets

Highlight candidates with audit & compliance exposure
