As a full service Casual Italian Ristorante & Pizzeria we strive for the best! We are seeking an energetic, trustworthy, and dependable person. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Customer Interaction: Resolving customer incidents and working to ensure positive customer experiences.
Office Administration: FOH schedules, closing registers, processing team member checkouts and assisting with other FOH duties as needed.
Cost Control: Assist with month end inventory and ordering as required.
Leadership: Provide team members with leadership by generating enthusiastic and positive work environment while training team members as needed; ability to interact with a diverse group of people; ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during busy times; must be able to work as part of a team; ability to motivate associates to work as a team to ensure appropriate standards are met and recognize the importance of each team member's role in the guest dining experience.
Experience 1-3 years of Restaurant Management experience
