Duties
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
- Help with inventory control by monitoring stock levels of utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Support kitchen management by communicating effectively with cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle food safely and adhere to food handling guidelines to ensure guest safety.
- Operate the Aloha POS system for order entry when needed.
- Assist in bar service as required, ensuring all drinks are served according to standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
