Position Summary: Chief Investment & Growth Officer

DL3 Realty is seeking a Chief Investment & Growth Officer (CIGO) to partner closely with CEO Leon I. Walker and the senior leadership team to help lead the firm's further evolution into an institutional investment enterprise. The CIGO will play a defining role in shaping the strategy, platform, and capabilities that position DL3 for its next generation of growth.

The CIGO will bring the investment judgment, capital connectivity, institutional sophistication, and enterprise leadership required to turn DL3's proven track record into a scalable investment platform. The executive will help shape firmwide strategy, attract long-term private capital, identify and evaluate growth opportunities, support rigor around investment and capital allocation decisions, and help drive growth across the organization.

Location, Compensation and Benefits

The position is based in Chicago, Illinois. DL3 values the creativity and collaboration that come from working together and currently expects team members to be in the office a minimum four days per week. The role also requires travel for investor, partner, and project engagement.

DL3 intends to offer a highly competitive executive compensation package, including an initial base salary, a performance-based annual incentive, and the opportunity to participate in the long-term economics of the business.
