Compensation & Benefits:
$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Manage firm billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and consistency
- Enter and maintain revenue and expense information in QuickBooks Online
- Monitor retainer replenishments, accounts receivable, collections, and accounts payable
- Maintain accurate financial records across systems and databases
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing matters and provide responsive customer support
- Identify discrepancies or process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements
Qualifications:

- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
