Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests during breakfast and lunch hours.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are prepared and served correctly.
- Process payments and manage cash register operations accurately.
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- No trainees, if you don't meet the 4 years experience its a no go
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Current food handler's certification is a plus.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure during peak hours.
