Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive human capital management strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools like iCIMS or Taleo, and onboarding programs to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee orientation, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to foster continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, workers' compensation, payroll processing via platforms like Paychex or ADP, and benefits administration systems such as Workday or UltiPro.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA standards and FMLA requirements while maintaining accurate data collection and record-keeping.
- Lead change management projects related to organizational design, succession planning, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) upgrades like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate on affirmative action planning and diversity initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture.
- Utilize project management skills to coordinate HR initiatives efficiently while maintaining a focus on strategic planning and workforce management.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management within a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law compliance, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies using ATS platforms such as iCIMS, Taleo, or Lever.
- Strong background in benefits administration through systems like Paychex, Workday, or ADP; payroll processing experience is highly desirable.
- Skilled in employee relations, conflict management, performance evaluation processes, and training & development programs.
- Experience with HRIS systems including Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or PeopleSoft; familiarity with social media management for employer branding is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization; adept at organizational design and strategic planning.
