The Role
As a Lobby Attendant, you help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of public areas throughout the hotel. You support the guest experience by ensuring lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other shared spaces are clean, stocked, and guests ready at all times.
What You Will Be Doing
• Clean and maintain the lobby, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash as needed
• Restock restroom supplies and monitor cleanliness throughout your shift
• Assist guests with directions or service needs when asked
• Report maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions immediately
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, closets, and storage spaces
• Support housekeeping with additional tasks as required
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel cleanliness standards
