- Conduct seller consultations and convert leads to signed listings
- Deliver accurate comparative market analyses and pricing strategies
- Guide sellers through preparation, staging, and pre-listing positioning
- Manage the listing process from signed agreement through close
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers to maximize net proceeds
- Maintain active seller pipeline and client records in team CRM
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions, team trainings, and accountability calls
- Track all activity and lead follow-up in team technology platform
- Seller leads delivered through our behavioral tracking platform - people actively researching their home value right now
- All RE/MAX desk fees absorbed by the team
- Professional listing marketing - photography, digital ads, print materials, and social content
- For Sale signs, riders, lockboxes, and all field materials
- Business cards and branded agent materials
- Back-office transaction support - paperwork handled so you stay in front of sellers

You Are the Right Fit If You Are...
- Active Texas Real Estate License (required)
- 3 years of real estate sales experience with listing transaction history
- Skilled at seller consultations, CMAs, and pricing conversations
- A strong communicator - written, verbal, and in the room with a seller
- Coachable and systems-driven - willing to follow a proven listing process
- Organized and able to manage multiple active listings simultaneously
- Motivated by production goals, not referral convenience
- Genuinely committed to serving sellers through the full listing experience
