Job Overview

Duties
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed.
- Take accurateorders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
- Serve drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through effective bussing practices.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction with their dining experience.
- Assist with sanitation practices in accordance with health regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance customer service skills.
Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar systems for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate billing and cash handling.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the culinary industry.
- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
