Mandarin Blueprint is an immersive Chinese language learning platform and community. Our mission is to help learners make significant progress in Mandarin fluency using our innovative and proven methods. We are now looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our operations and help streamline key business functions.
We are looking for a highly resourceful and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing online education company. This is a hybrid role based in Austin, TX, combining in-person support at a home office with remote administrative tasks. Your core mission is to streamline both personal and professional responsibilities so the CEO can focus on the highest-leverage work.

- Home & Personal Support
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors (handymen, service providers, etc.)
- Handle Amazon orders, returns, and package deliveries
- Run local errands and maintain home organization systems
- Ensure the home and office environment remains distraction-free
- Business & Administrative Support
- Work alongside the CEO from their home office (dedicated workspace provided)
- Tackle light administrative tasks: file organization, system updates, task tracking
- Assist with booking travel, purchasing supplies, and managing calendar/email tasks
- Conduct research and prep work to support CEO’s high-priority initiatives
- Live in or near Austin, TX and can reliably work in-person multiple times per week
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and act without waiting for direction
- Have a passion for keeping things tidy, functional, and running efficiently
- Are discreet, organized, and capable of managing multiple ongoing tasks
- Are excited to support someone building something meaningful
- Part-time (20–30 hours/week) to start, with potential for growth
