Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team, with a primary focus on preparing and filing Motions for Default. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a legal setting, a strong understanding of court filing procedures, and excellent organizational skills.
This a full-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office.

Responsibilities:
· Review Motions for Default for accuracy and completeness.
· Make necessary edits or additions to ensure filings meet court standards.
· Notarize Affidavits.
· File or e-file motions with the appropriate court.
· Upload filed-stamped documents to the firm’s database.
· Follow up with courts regarding outstanding judgments or pending filings.
· Perform additional administrative or case-related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Legal Clerk, or similar role.
- Familiarity with Georgia filing procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
