POSANA RESTAURANT BILTMORE PARK (www.posanarestaurant.com) located in Biltmore Park is a busy, high-volume restaurant, serving dinner 7 nights a week.
CURRENTLY HIRING: LINE COOK
We are looking for qualified line cooks that fit into the following criteria:
- At least 1 year of experience in the F&B industry
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
- Punctuality and a sense of professionalism
- Basic knife skills
- The knowledge and attitude to work multiple stations
- Passion for food, cooking, pretty plates, and learning our style of food
- A motivated individual who prides themselves in their job and career
- Ability to handle a physical job that includes daily use of stairs multiple times
Essential Job Functions:
- Daily prep of your station
- Managing your own prep list and communicating needs with the chefs in the kitchen
- Executing tickets in a fast-paced environment efficiently
- Plating of dishes in accordance with chefs
- Maintaining a clean and organized station
- Follow instructions and affirm with callbacks to the chefs
What you can expect from us:
- Feed back daily from chefs on the accuracy of dishes and recipes
- Training on multiple stations
- Quarterly one on ones
