Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and beverages efficiently during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Support food preparation tasks such as garnishing drinks and assisting with light food service or catering setups
- Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to ensure a clean environment
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transactions when needed
- Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and securely
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety standards in accordance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Support setup and breakdown of events like banquets or special functions
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly, attentive customer service to guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant service, catering, or hotel operations is preferred
- Experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards
- Experience with bussing, food preparation, or serving in nightclub or banquet settings is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events
- Hospitality background such as barista experience or restaurant experience is beneficial
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
