English Instructor

2026-2027 School year; 186 contract days, 100% FTE

Location: Mandan High School

Salary: Starting $55,550 for Bachelors degree; starting $57,072 for Master's degree. Full benefit package included.

Position Summary:

• Mandan Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a High School English Instructor for the 2026-2027 school year.  The instructor should be qualified to teach 9-12th grade english courses.

Essential Functions:

• Delivery of ELA standards within the designated curriculum
• Ability to collaborate within Professional Learning Community
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students
• Active participant in the MTSS and SEL programs
• Advisor to the school newspaper

Reports to:

•  High School Principal

Qualifications:

• Must hold appropriate license from the ND Education Standards and Practices Board with a Special Education Endorsement or eligible for a plan on file.
