- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
- Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person while maintaining a high level of customer support.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Utilize office software, including Teams, for scheduling and communication purposes.
- Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
