Duties
- Deliver prepared food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space.
- Assist servers with food handling, refilling beverages, and delivering additional items as needed to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Support the kitchen team by bussing dishes, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in food prep areas when required.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth order flow.
- Uphold food safety standards by handling dishes and utensils properly and adhering to sanitation protocols.
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Familiarity with food handling, serving, bussing, or banquet experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing.
