The High School Head Coach represents the school and its athletic program in all aspects of team leadership and development. This position is responsible for planning and implementing effective practice sessions, mentoring and supporting student-athletes, and assisting with game-day preparation and management. The coach fosters a positive, competitive, and inclusive team environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, academic success, and personal growth.
