- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market
- Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
- Utilize Zoho to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics
- Engage in technical sales discussions to effectively communicate product benefits to clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities
- Provide training and support to clients on software products as needed
- Participate in networking events and trade shows to promote company offerings
- Proven experience in sales management or business development, preferably in a B2B environment: Regulatory and Compliance is a big plus
- Strong understanding of account management principles and techniques
- Self Motivated
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services effectively, especially SaaS Regulatory Sales and Books
- Familiarity with technical sales processes, particularly related to software solutions
- Proficient in using Zoho or similar CRM tools for managing client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
