As a Customer Service Rep at Mancino's Pizza & Grinders, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and processing payments.
- Answering customer questions about our menu and making recommendations.
- Ensuring the front counter area is clean, organized, and stocked.
- Assisting team members with light prep or other tasks as needed.
