What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL Driver position at Mancini Companies?
Join our growing team! We are looking to hire for multiple openings in our transportation department.
· Monday – Friday (no weekends or overnights). Local deliveries only in Rhode Island.
· OT paid after 8 hours daily
· Paid holidays and other paid time off including vacation and sick time for seniority employees.
Essential Duties:
· Make deliveries to our customer’s locations
· Provides excellent customer service to all of our customers.
· Unloads product using hand truck and/or pallet jack. Places product in designated storage area
· Verify the accuracy of delivery with customers and obtains proper signatures
· Maintains paperwork; invoices, credits, manifests, returns, and safety check of vehicle
Requirements:
· Possess a current/valid Class A or Class B CDL license, DOT medical card, a clean DMV record and registered with FMCSA Clearinghouse
· Ability to communicate effectively
· Excellent customer relation skills
· Ability to read, write, and speak English and accurately count to complete all documentation
· Must be able to consistently move/lift cases of product with weights between 25-100 pounds.
