Join our team as a Deli Clerk and become a vital part of delivering fresh, high-quality food to our valued customers!
Part-Time, 2 evening shifts per week, 4-6 hour shifts & weekend availability needed.
Duties
- Prepare and assemble food ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Safely handle food items through manual handling procedures, adhering to all food safety management protocols.
- Assist customers by providing friendly service, answering questions about products, and offering meal or catering suggestions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly to meet safety standards.
- Perform heavy lifting when restocking supplies or moving large quantities of deli meats, cheeses, and other products.
- Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock appropriately, and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Follow all safety standards in production and food handling to ensure a safe environment for team members and customers.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 12.0 per week
